Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, it’ll process within 1 business day. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s on its way. Products are shipped in discreet packaging (a neutral toned mailer with no text on the outside).

You should expect to receive your package within 3 - 7 days. We only ship within the United States. 

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log into your account. Click the Subscriptions tab, then click the Cancel button next to the product to which you are subscribed. Canceling your subscription means you would no longer receive your monthly refill on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but once your credit card has been charged, you will receive that month's shipment.
