Due to the nature of our supplement and personal care products, all sales are final. However, if you come across any issues with your order, please e-mail our team at hello@goodnightmate.com.

Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, and credit card information are correct; we are not responsible if an incorrect address is inputted. 

You must cancel your subscription before you are charged for the following month. Once you have been billed, the product will be shipped within one business day and can no longer be refunded.

Refund Policy

 

At mate, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers above all else. Due to the nature of our products and out of an abundance of caution, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has left our fulfillment center. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of safety, as we cannot resell any products that have been shipped, even if the packaging remains unopened.

mate offers all-natural supplements that work effectively for the vast majority of our customers. However, it is important to understand that individual results may vary. Each person's body may respond differently to our natural formulations, and as a result, the efficacy experienced may not be the same for everyone. We are unable to issue refunds for dissatisfaction with results, as individual responses to supplements can differ from person to person.

As such, all sales are final. By placing an order with mate, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection.
