You must cancel your subscription before you are charged for the following month. Once you have been billed, the product will be shipped within one business day and can no longer be refunded.
If you've tried our product out and are unhappy with it, please reach out within 30 days of your delivery date so we can determine the next best steps for you. While we cannot guarantee a refund once your product has been shipped/opened/used, we will work with you to find the best solution.
